Ryan is a 32-year-old drummer, public speaker, and disability advocate who was diagnosed with autism at the age of five. Through his presentations, he shares his journey of embracing his strengths through music while championing inclusion and a true sense of belonging.
With a blend of personal stories and humor, Ryan inspires audiences to take pride in their own abilities and to recognize and respect the unique strengths of others.
